A whole processed beef ranges from 425 lbs to 475 lbs.

A whole beef needs 16 cubic feet of freezer space.

Most families of four will be content for an entire year with one whole beef.

A side of processed beef ranges from 215 lbs to 240 lbs.

A side of beef needs 5 cubic feet of freezer space.

Our beef is vacuumed packed to ensure freshness for one year in a freezer.

Our beef is free of implants, steroids or antibiotics.

All cattle are grass fed for 18 month and fed finished grain for 3 months.
